FAQ'S
Is the alcohol included?
No, you will need to collect and buy your own alcohol. We will send a tailored list of the quantity of alcohol to be purchased to your specific guest count . You will need a Special Events Permit to distribute liquor to guests on your own or someone else's private property.

A liquor licence is not required for all events such as a family event if on your own property, but a Special Event permit is required depending on the type of event, where its held and whom may be attending this event. A Special Event Permit will be required for any event where liquor or event tickets will be sold( either beforehand or sold at door/ during the event) on any property, private or public.

Please keep in mind it may take 1-12 weeks to recieve your liqour license. This permit will be sent to you at the time of booking and can be further discussed with your venue, Sie's Saloon will be required to confirm this has been accepted/ completed 24 hours before event, failure to do so will result in a non refundable cancellation.
Where is your cocktail menu?

Cocktail/ mocktail menus will be sent over for review/ selection once the booking has been made. You can choose from our tailored list or special requests can be added.​

Unfortunately at this time, we do not do trials or cocktail sampling before your event due to licensing. Rest assured our team has put in alot of time into customizing our bar menu to ensure only the best ingredients are used.
Can we use our own bartenders?

No, at this time we are only doing events with our hand chosen staff members. This is to ensure the safety of our bar, bartenders and guests. Our staff is trained in our bar in case of emergencies as well as required to have completed Food Safe and Serving It Right.
How does it work?

A contract will be sent over once the booking has been finalized. A​ 50% deposit is required after the contract has been signed and the remaining 50% will be due 14 days before the event.
Dry bar/ Mocktails?

​Yes of course! We tailor to a dry bar as well however prices will remain the same due to using the same ingredients and package details.
